The Role:

You are responsible in supporting the business development activities pertaining to production, recruitment and training in order to achieve KPIs and targets via Agency and FA channel. You are also required to provide support and services to new and existing Employee Benefits (EB) agents/ FAs in a timely mannered to deliver a positive customer experience.

Other areas of responsibilities include:

  • Secure new and renewal business
  • Recruit new agents to sell EB
  • Achieve quotation TAT
  • Assist in day to day admin for existing EB agents/ clients
  • Conduct regular meetings and trainings with agents
  • Prepare weekly activities and production reports on a timely manner
  • Follow-up on outstanding premiums and claim recovery
  • Conduct presentations to prospects and agents
  • Prepare scheme profiling
  • Monitor the CPD hours for all Corporate agents and Individual Group Insurance agents

Job Requirements

The Person: 

  • Possess tertiary qualification preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance or any related disciplines
  • Minimum qualification in Diploma in Insurance or part or all LOMA, ACII, AMII or its equivalent
  • With at least 3 years of working experience in Life Insurance industry especially in Group Insurance, brokers, financial consultants and/or agencies 
  • Product knowledge in Employees Benefits
  • Industry knowledge
  • Ability to communicate, present, persuade and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to earn trust and build relationship with agents and clients
