The Job

You will be responsible for supporting overall operation of claims admin unit, including participation in continuous improvement of current claims processes and enhancing overall customer’s experience.

Job Purpose

• To handle with replacement cheque and monitoring of outdated cheques;
• To prepare Medical Report & Questionnaires.
• To prepare monthly Hospital Aging list to hospital and liaise with various hospital as and when required.
• To manage and ensure accuracy in uploading/downloading of information to the relevant government authorities.
• To create third party payee and direct crediting account in various system.
• To participate in review of claims processes and participate in the department process improvements initiatives.
• Assist in any tasks and projects assigned by Division Head; Head of Department or Section Head.

• Able to work independently.
• Customer-centric and meticulous with the ability to work under pressure.
• A team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• Diploma Holders or fresh graduates are welcomed.
