 Job Summary:

  • To assist the Head of Training to manage the overall GETB training program by ensuring that the Company achieves its short term goals and long term objectives as mandated by the Board of Directors, in specific on agency training and development functions.

Job Description:

  • Development, implement & continuous enhancement of training programs, materials & sales tools/kits
  • Implementation of regional training development initiatives i.e. Train-the –Trainers
  • To ensure operational readiness for the launching of the Takaful operations
  • To promote/create awareness & understanding of Takaful Business to other business units
  • To ensure full compliance with all relevant AMLA, codes, rules, regulations and standard of good practice
  • To ensure all materials for agency are ready and shariah compliant


Job Requirements

 The People 

  • Basic Degree Holder
  • Fresh graduates in financial field; or
  • 1 to 4 years related experience preferably in insurance or financial services environment (training, sales, technical, soft skill and motivational)
  • Strong communication skills - written and spoken
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • IT literate and well versed in Microsoft products i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Technical and operational knowledge in Takaful
