The Job:

  • To drive and implement nationwide recruitment strategy, initiatives and projects to achieve company's recruitment goals
  • To develop and execute all the key recruitment initiatives (Agency Financing Scheme, Recruitment Workshop, New Agent 90 Day Jumpstart and Venture Programme) in order to drive incremental sales for the business
  • To monitor and keep track all the project status with related parties by reviewing the project status from time to time and provide intervention when necessary
  • To manage the overall related recruitment initiatives' communication to ensure messages and directions are communicated in an effective manner
  • To analyse current recruitment needs and propose ideas to boost quality recruitment
  • To coordinate closely with various departments to ensure the initiatives are on-track
  • To generate report to assist Management in ensuring the performance of new recruits and related recruitment initiatives are on-track

Job Requirements

The Person:

  • A recognised degree specialising in Business Administration, Insurance, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Have at least 3 years of working experience in life insurance and/ or financial services business in the areas of event or project management
  • Able to take full ownership and initiative
  • Result driven and target focused
  • Excellent in presentation, organizational, and facilitation skills
