The Job:

  • To assist in compensation and remuneration computations, reporting and payments to partner banks
  • To ensure agency compensations are computed accurately, reports and payments are delivered within the timeline
  • To assist in monitoring and tracking of Replacement of Policies (ROP) cases in order to ensure commissions are clawed back according to ROP guidelines
  • To assist in preparation of sales and production reports to partner banks on a timely and accurate manner
  • To establish requirements and conduct system testing for agency commission and compensations
  • To assist in coordinating with bankers and vendors for sales campaign and event management
  • To monitor and track payments for sales campaign events
  • To prepare monthly reports to Management or ad hoc basis
  • To assist the department for any initiatives and projects, if required

Job Requirements

The Person:

  • A basic degree from a recognised university specialising in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Insurance or related disciplines
  • Have at least 4 - 5 years of working experience in Life insurance industry or in the areas of Business Administration
  • Independent, strong interpersonal skills and able to resolve business issues/ challenges with effective/ creative solution
  • Knowledge and qualification in Life insurance/ Bancassurance is an added advantage
