The Role: 

  • To lead and coordinate all Centre For Excellence (CFE) training and assessment related reporting
  • To prepare required training and regulatory reports for GELM and GETB, including adhoc reports when required by Faculty Heads and CFE Management
  • To undertake training related projects or system implementation from proposal to final roll out
  • To manage all training related functions and activities through Learning Management System together with system administrator
  • To manage day-to-day training administration for CFE and all branches as assigned
  • To manage training related systems such as MyKad Registration System and Virtual Classroom System
  • To perform any other responsibilities assigned

Job Requirements

The Person: 

  • Possess a recognized degree in Management Information System, Econometrics, Applied Statistics or any business-related field
  • Has experience in management reporting, data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel
  • Candidate must possess advance Excel skill
  • Good statistical analysis skill
  • Possess good knowledge of training related compliance reporting
  • Candidate must be a Malaysian citizen
