The Role:

You will be responsible for providing servicing and sales support to clients and brokers on Group Employee Benefits. You have to assist in day to day admin for existing Employee Benefits clients and brokers including following up on outstanding premiums and claims expenses.

Other areas of responsibilities include:

  • Prepare scheme profiling
  • Assist in day to day admin for existing Employee Benefits clients and brokers
  • Raise renewal instructions within the timeline
  • Conduct presentations to prospects client and brokers
  • Issue quotations to brokers & direct clients
  • Prepare scheme profiling
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by management

 

Job Requirements

Our Requirements:

  • Possess tertiary qualification preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance or any related disciplines
  • Minimum qualification in Diploma in Insurance or part or all LOMA, ACII, AMII or its equivalent
  • With at least 3-5 years of working experience in Insurance industry. Preferably, with training, public speaking and marketing experience
  • Good product knowledge of Employees Benefits
  • Understand the relevant operation/ administration issues
  • Understand the market and competitors trend
  • Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Highly articulate both written and verbal
  • Good negotiation and public relations skills
  • Good marketing and presentation skills
