The Job:
  • Answer inbound calls, respond and resolve request related to the medical policy, guarantee letters, reimbursement claims, appeals and investigation as per company's standard and guidelines
  • Reply emails related to claim, investigation and admission enquiries
  • Support Care Coordinators in Guarantee Letter issuance
  • Attend to any other tasks or cross training assigned from time to time
  • Ensure agreed customer service standards are constantly met

Job Requirements

The Person:
  • Possesses a recognised degree in Communication, Health Administration or related qualification
  • With at least 2-3 years of working experience in Insurance Industry preferably in call centre or healthcare
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work on rotational shift and work independently
