Job Purpose

As part of the Customer Service Call Centre team, you will be responsible in the preparation of letter/statement requests by our Policyholders and Distribution Representatives. You are expected to make outgoing calls to customers with regards to updating of personal particulars and policy loan applications.

The Job

• Process a variety of requests received from various platforms (phone enquiries and IVR) including but not limited to preparation of financial quotation, policy summary, premium paid statement and beneficiary information;
• Take on the role of a Checker on an ad-hoc basis;
• Ensure the policy loan application form is duly filled up and documents are in order for processing;
• Perform loan processing;
• Make outgoing calls to customers on request submitted;
• Follow up with customers on request submitted;
• Process requests with accuracy and deliver within stipulated service standards; and
• Undertake any projects or other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

 

Our Requirements

• Diploma holder from recognized institution;
• Applicant along with 1 to 2 years of customer service experience, preferably from insurance/ banking industries;
• Possesses good communication skills – verbal and written;
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• Able to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team; and
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
