The Role:

You are responsible for handling GMBIS Premium loading, updating Collections as well as issuance of New Business Certificates. You have to process premium files received accordance to Quality Objectives and process premium collections updates and reconciliation.

Other areas of responsibilities include:

  •  Perform Quality Control checking on data entries
  • Assist Manager and Team Leader to implement, drive and manage the team members to meet departmental goals, objectives and plans
  • Assist Team Leader in handling Agent, MPH and member's enquires
  • Prepare correspondence and ensure letters are signed by authoriser and send to Agents/MPH/members
  • Assist in clearing Scheme Suspense and Billings
  • Sorting and processing of service request and payment history
  • Assist on system / UAT testing and office administration

Job Requirements

The Person:

  •  Possess a recognised Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, insurance or any relevant discipline
  • With at least 2 years of working experience in a service oriented industry or 1 year in Life or Group Insurance
  • Group Insurance product, business model and system knowledge
  • Familiar with operational process and business workflow of Group MBS
  • Good communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Sound analytical and problem solving skills
  • IT literacy
