The Role:

  • To assist superior in managing and tracking the user driven IT projects
  • To assist superior in gathering user requirements specifications for IT developers
  • To support in development, track and management the business deployment of any systems for the business
  • To perform the User Acceptance Testing and ensure the smoothness and track percentage of success rate for the testing.
  • To support the User Acceptance Testing for ad hoc projects or initiatives, when required to.
  • To support business users to raise Request for System Amendments for Customer Service enhancements, production defects and MIS data extraction.

Job Requirements

The Person:

  • Possess tertiary qualification preferably in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance or Insurance Professional Qualification
  • 2-3 years of working experience in Life Insurance Company.
  • Basic knowledge in Takaful/ Insurance
  • IT literate
  • Good decision making, problem analyzing and solving skills
