Job Purpose

 

You will be responsible to develop upselling and cross-selling database marketing campaigns to maximize Customer’s (policyholders and leads) value through conversion, retention and repeat sales. To over-see full campaign implementation and fulfillment.

The Job

 

  • Manage and lead the member(s) to drive effective Database Marketing programs to optimise customer value through all channels. Customers refer to policyholders and leads. Channels is not limited to direct channels, however there will be focus on digital channels;
  • Ensure optimal output from marketing brief and creative development to program execution and post program analysis, ROI measurement;
  • Work closely with Section Head to ensure proper alignment and achievement of campaign deliverables within budgeted timeline and cost;
  • Work effectively with external vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations of the campaigns in an effective and efficient manner;
  • Optimise the campaigns from end to end; execution, communication, fulfillment and monitor their effectiveness with top of the mind priority in achieving the campaign goals set;
  • Drive agency communication and driving campaign adoption;
  • Ensure adherence to legislation and regulations;
  • Adopt learning and best practices and innovate with a test and learn mindset and make recommendations for improvements and actions; and
  • Achieve the section’s KPIs.

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Our Requirements

 

  • Degree in Marketing or related fields;
  • Minimum 10 years in direct or digital Marketing/Marketing and candidates with exposure in insurance/financial services or digital start-up will be an advantage;
  • Good leadership quality with good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
  • Digital marketing experience an added advantage;
  • Demonstrated ability and motivation to try new things and lead change, with a drive for continuous improvement and efficiency;
  • Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadline simultaneously;
  • Attention to details including developing new campaigns without precedent and with minimal guidance;
  • Strong team player;
  • Self-directed, committed and with initiative; and
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
