Job Purpose

 

 

 Champion and lead change management initiatives to transform the current Group Finance and Actuarial Division to a desired future state of operating model impacted by iFRS17.

   

The Job

 

  • Proactively seek out opportunities where either technology, process improvements or new capabilities could help bring about improvements to the current work and unlock opportunities to the organization;
  • Develop change management program based on an understanding of current and desired future states and teams impacted by the change;
  • Construct and implement actionable and targeted change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, impacts, organizational readiness and training plans;
  • Ensure that the change management initiatives are in alignment of overall program plans, objectives and timelines;
  • Promote the change management initiatives by coaching or equipping relevant teams with best practice and structured approach in execution;
  • Lead and manage the change management initiatives by working effectively with relevant teams to deliver optimal outcomes;
  • Monitor and report on progress, raising exceptions with relevant authority as appropriate and recommendations for change/improvement where needed; and
  • Evaluation and measuring effectiveness of change.

Job Requirements

Our Requirements

 

  • Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or equivalent professional qualifications;
  • Minimum  8 years of working experiences, with at least 5 years operated under a change environment;
  • Good understanding of finance or actuarial processes;
  • Must have change management skills and knowledge;
  • Strong organizational, communication and time management skills;
  • High adaptability to dynamic work environment with diverse people and situations;
  • Strong people and conflict management skills; and
  • Resourceful in thinking, matured and ability to lead/influence at all levels.
