Job Purpose


You will assist the Head of Business Planning Analysis and Management Reporting in managing the distribution expenses of the SG Agency & FA.


The Job


  • Review of distribution expense projects in terms of  program design, qualifying criteria, and financial metrics;
  • Validation of all program results;
  • Review & evaluate the results of program post implementation; and provide summary to Management;
  • Support deeper analysis of distribution expenses;
  • Management of DE Budget control, reviewing the monthly accrual processes; consolidating all unit expenses, accruals and payments to Finance; and
  • Lead in business and process improvement specific to the management of agency distribution expenses.


Job Requirements

Our Requirements


  • Degree / diploma in finance-related fields, business studies; or operations;
  • 8-10 years working experience, preferably in the insurance industry and experience in distribution;
  • Strong interpersonal & operational skills;
  • Attention to detail while maintaining a clear overview of key issues;
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision;
  • Goal-oriented and resourceful; and
  • Can-do attitude.
