Job Purpose

 

Working as a key part of the Strategy and Transformation team, managing the newly launched loyalty mobile platform by :

  • Providing consultation for requirements definition and requirements analysis
  • Analyzing, evaluation and documentation of requirements
  • Managing and executing project from transition to operations
  • Involving in functional roadmap development with key business users
  • Involving in driving relevant activities to meet business KPIs for the launched platform

 

The successful candidate will have good communication skills and be able to drive business and be a bridge to the technical teams.  The candidate should display a high attention to detail and be able to establish effective working relationships with stakeholders and business representatives.

 

 

The Job

 

  • Responsible for engaging with business and technology for analysis, planning, requirements gathering by working with internal and external customers;
  • Review and validate deliverables from development team and quality assurance resources against requirements and provide feedback;
  • Work closely with business and stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements;
  • Develop and document clear and detailed process maps, business requirements and workflows ;
  • Project management on digital transformation initiatives;
  • Identify issues and risks during & post project phases for resolution;
  • Managing multiple projects/enhancements and day-to-day business operational activities;
  • Assist to drive platform performances according to the target key business KPIs and help to identify opportunity areas;
  • Coordinating roll-out of enhancements on mobile platforms and the operational processes of the loyalty platform; and
  • Execute initiatives in alignment with our digital ecosystem strategy and roadmap, considering both long and near term application.

Job Requirements

Our Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business or equivalent profession;
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst on large and complex projects;
  • Team player with excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Strong business/stakeholders engagement skills;
  • Proven ability to develop high quality business requirements documentations;
  • High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio and other applications;
  • Experience in working with digital and media agencies to manage campaigns;
  • Passionate self-starter with a curious mind and unflinching tenacity;
  • Strong customer mindset in designing processes and solutions;
  • Experience in managing and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders;
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with confidence to constantly push the boundaries;
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision ;
  • Good understanding of user experience design, general web & mobile application functions, usability testing for mobile and internet websites; and
  • Exposure to Loyalty platform knowledge.
