The Role:

You are responsible for providing servicing to new and existing clients and sourcing new clients through agency force/ brokers/ direct channels in Central Region.

Other areas of responsibilities include:

  •  Assist the existing agents/clients and conduct presentation for prospects
  • Issue quotations to agents/clients/prospects
  • Prepare scheme profiling
  • Raise renewal instructions within the timeline
  • Follow up on outstanding premiums and claims excesses
  • Assist Assistant Vice President in securing new business
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

The Person:

  • Possess tertiary qualification preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Insurance or any related disciplines
  • Minimum qualification in Diploma in Insurance or part or all LOMA, ACII, AMII or its equivalent
  • With at least 5 years of working experience in sales or marketing in the financial or insurance industry
  • Product knowledge in Employee Benefits
  • Ability to communicate, present, persuade and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to earn trust and build relationship with agents, clients and prospects
  • Good negotiation and marketing skills
