Job Purpose


You will develop upselling and cross-selling database marketing campaigns to maximize Policyholders’ value through conversion, retention and repeat sales. You will also assist to over-see full campaign implementation and fulfillment.


The Job


  • Assume the role of a Campaign Manager in driving effective Database Marketing programs from marketing brief and creative development to program execution and post program analysis, ROI measurement. Channels not limited to emails or direct mails. Campaign manager to explore new channels (such as via the apps or agents interaction with customers) to optimise every touch-point with customers;
  • Work closely with Supervisor to ensure proper alignment and achievement of campaign deliverables within budgeted timeline and cost;
  • Work effectively with external vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations of the campaigns in an effective and efficient manner;
  • Manage the campaigns from end to end; execution, communication, fulfillment and monitor their effectiveness with top of the mind priority in achieving the campaign goals set;
  • Agency communication and driving campaign adoption;
  • Ensure team is adherence and aware of the legislation and regulations;
  • Seek out and adopts learning and best practices and innovates with a proven test and learn mindset and make recommendations for improvements and actions;
  • Manage and monitor budgets and campaign analytics to optimize return on efficiency and effectiveness; and
  • Manage team members to achieve the section’s KPIs.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements


  • Degree in Marketing or related fields;
  • Minimum 5 years in direct or digital Marketing/Marketing and candidates with exposure in insurance/financial services or digital start-up will be an advantage;
  • Potential leadership quality with good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
  • Social and Digital marketing experience an added advantage;
  • Demonstrated ability and motivation to try new things and lead change, with a drive for continuous improvement and efficiency;
  • Operates independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadline simultaneously and successful without scarifying attention to details including developing new campaigns without precedent and with minimal guidance;
  • Strong team player;
  • Self-directed, committed and with initiative; and
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
