Job Purpose


Reporting to the Head of Affluent/ High Net Worth (HNW) Business Project with matrix reporting to Head of Group Loyalty and Segment Marketing, you will be responsible to project manage the new direction to Affluent/ HNW business with the aim of creating a compelling proposition that is aligned to Group Customer Segments and expert advisory team to target the Affluent/ HNW segment.  You will also be responsible to design and implement the Premier Advisory Customer Value Proposition and provide status updates and report to both the Heads.


The Job


  • Prepare needs-based analysis of the affluent/ HNW customer segment;
  • Prepare competitor analysis of affluent/ HNW propositions in the market including product range and services platform;
  • Design and develop a compelling customer value proposition (CVP) of the Premier Advisory channel promoting the Expert Advisory team and Affluent Service platform to the clients;
  • Align with the Customer Segments team on their formulation of customer segmentation approach, framework and execution strategy driven by fact-based consumer research and insights for particular segment/s within the organisation;
  • Ensure the CVP aligns to the Group’s Overall Customer Segment Strategy and Propositions;
  • Support the branding and marketing strategies of the Premier Advisory Channel including product launch, marketing campaigns and client events;
  • Develop and launch exclusive client events to increase business penetration;
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify, design and implement needs-based insurance and non-insurance product suite for the Premier Advisory Channel;
  • Monitor the progress of the implemented strategies to achieve the targets set; and
  • Provide regular management reports and status updates to the Program Office.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements


  • Possess a good Business Degree or equivalent;
  • Relevant work experience in the insurance industry of at least 5 to 8 years in marketing, portfolio management, and customer segmentation;
  • Possess sharp business acumen, strong analytical skills, drive and initiative as well as strong communications and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work with people across all levels and functions, including senior stakeholders; and
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
