The Role: 

  • Responsible for the overall smooth administration of Agency Administration Department and ensure that it’s administration is in accordance with the Agency Rules and Regulations
  • To supervise and ensure that Compliance, ISO and work processes of Agency Administration Department are meeting the internal and external requirements
  • To constantly work with IT for work enhancement and better performance
  • To ensure all the Interactive Communication Management are responded within TAT and review the enquiries for better performance achievements

Job Requirements

The Person: 

  • Possess a recognized degree in Business Administration or any business-related field
  • Possess insurance qualification such as LOMA
  • Between 8-10 years of working experience in Life Insurance Industry with at least 5 years of relevant experience in related work areas
  • Exposure to different organizations especially involvement in system methodologies would be an added advantage
  • Good understanding in  Distribution Channel Management, ISO Quality Management and Quality Assurance Process Control
  • Proficient in Key Systems administration such as DCMS, Life Asia, VME and any other subsystems supporting the agency contracts as well as agency rules and regulations provisions
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking and computer skills
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong IT competency in Word, Excel, database, project and user application
  • Preferably someone who can communicate in Mandarin
  • Be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
