The Role: 

  • To achieve production and recruitment goals for Ipoh Branch
  • To organize sales seminar/workshop, recruitment seminar, Business Opportunity Programme (BOP) and recruitment activities to increase productivity
  • To plan and conduct training for the field force
  • To organize roadshows for new product launching and awareness campaign
  • To monitor sales and recruitment performance
  • To work closely with Branch Admin Head to increase the profitability of business
  • To organize branch monthly meeting with all GSMs and USMs for effective communication and changes
  • To support the agency administration in areas of activation and appointment of agents, and to grant adhoc authority for the payment to agents
  • To be the approval of eAppointment, eAOM and any agency related matters
  • To perform duties and responsibilities assigned by superior or direction from HQ

Job Requirements

The Person:

  • Possess a recognized degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics or any business-related field
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a business development, marketing, distribution, or sales line; 2 years of working experience in the insurance industry or banking would be an advantage
  • Preferably someone who can communicate in Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills, with a demonstrable track record in sales/marketing/business development
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, dynamic and hands-on, with high verbal and numerical literacy
  • Be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
