Job Purpose

You will be responsible for effective and efficient implementation of new products / product enhancement and services that involve extensive business and IT interaction.


The Job


  • Be a Subject Matter Expert for the assigned products or product related initiatives;
  • Collaborate with the product development team in the evaluation of features objectives and able to negotiate and propose an optimal solution for implementation;
  • Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, business process and operational needs for implementing new products;
  • Manage and evaluate business requirements submitted by various stakeholders in support of product initiatives to ensure that a product can be successfully implemented with minimal risk exposure to the business operations;
  • Responsible for tracking and follow-through on Product Day-2 items;
  • Perform product parameter configuration and product values verification check in various systems such as FPMS, NPA, LIS and LIF;
  • Review product collaterals;
  • Responsible for timely completion of product implementation signoff and maintenance of signoff parties in PLES;
  • Responsible for maintaining up-to-date documentation which is specific and necessary for the targeted product launch or product related initiatives;
  • Responsible to manage and maintain user access in PLES and PRIS;
  • Process Improvement - Identify and lead process improvement related activities for the section / department; and
  • Learning and Growth – Mentors and trains the team members on the targeted product(s) or implementation area(s).

Job Requirements

  • Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience;
  • At least 10 years of project management experience;
  • Proven record of delivering projects;
  • Leadership capability to drive cross functional corporation to meet business goals;
  • Strong ability to problem solve and to influence others;
  • Strong ability to prioritize and mulit-task;
  • Demonstrated skills interacting at various levels of an organization;
  • Strongly ability to deal with ambiguity and change;
  • Able to foster working relationship with the team and all other departments in the organization;
  • Experience in insurance product development life cycle is a plus; and
  • CITPM or PMP is preferred.
