Job Description:

  • Developing technical solution to business problem, analyzing and document requirements. Managing requirement at the project level to help fulfill business needs.
  • Assisting with the business case and define area of improvement with simplify the project scope.
  • Assess and validate the NB submission process, use sophisticated method, metrics and tools to achieve the business benefits and goal in area such as new business processing, end-to-end workflow, movement endorsement and etc.
  • Suggest efficient in all area of group business operations; coordinate with group marketing division owner and group business system support to ensure successful implementation of new initiative and on-going maintenance and support.
  • Develop and manage department training and quality assurance, including all regulator and guideline in group business operations channel

Job Requirements

The Person:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Group Business processing
  • 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skill
  • Must be able to guide the work of cross functional teams
  • Demonstrate an understanding of regulation and regulatory approaches.
  • Advanced negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate presentation development and delivery skills
  • Experience with a deadline driven environment, requiring minimum supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, with extreme attention to detail
