Job Purpose

As part of GETB’s Bancatakaful Team with the responsibility to develop and strengthen the sales competency and performance of frontline sales team, with the ultimate objective of achieving Top and Bottom Line Budget numbers and Market Leadership.

The Job

  • Conduct training for Bancatakaful Sales Staff nationwide
    Develop and delivering training solutions that meet business needs to improve Bancatakaful sales staff performance.
  • Identifying training need analysis for sales staff
  • Selecting and managing resources, including working with bank, external trainers to develop and deliver training Responsible for developing the training modules for the Bancatakaful team.
  • Responsible for coaching / monitoring of sales to achieve sales of Bancatakaful products.
  • Leading in product training and any other relevant training including Sales Techniques
  • Assisting in ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by Head of Department or Section Head.
  • To ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory such as AMLA, CRS, PDPA, FATCA

 

 

Job Requirements

Our Requirements

  • Tertiary Education,
  • Preferably with 5 years of sales / banking experience & 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Experience in Life insurance, Health insurance and Bancatakaful highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead, coach and supervise team members effectively to deliver on business targets.
  • Ideally possess a track record of delivering on business sales target in bancassurance / bancatakaful
  • Strong team player
  • Ownership of results and commitment to personal goals
  • Knowledge of banking operations
  • Ability to guide individual towards achieving the team’s goals
  • Developing & coaching skill
  • Ability to conduct presentation to an audience is a must
  • Able to guide/motivate individual towards achieving the team’s goals
  • Able to communicate effectively and possess strong presentation skills
